The reasons why this house will be soooo fun!

There are lots of things to do on the property!
Gated pool, 3 outdoor patio tables, sectional, loungers, misters and heaters.
Large gated pool, with shaded tables.

The pool has a huge shallow area for the littlest kids!

The home has a game room with ping-pong, pool, blocks, legos, trains and TV.
Game room: pool table, ping pong, cable tv, legos, blocks, trains.

There is an indoor gym with weights, and a treadmill and a TV
Gym...with full bathroom, steam shower, sauna, surround sound and bunkroom.

This is the huge playhouse that is in the backyard.  It had electricity, running water, and furniture!
Playhouse: Electricity, play chairs and table with pretend kitchen inside.

In the backyard there is also a basketball court, handball court and a trampoline.
Backyard: Basketball hoop, handball court and trampoline.

    I'm Excited already! Grandpa is planning a track with masking tape in the gym for the little roller cars. Timed races, yeah!!!!

      Is grandpa prepared to pay for the damages that the roller cars will do to the wood floor?

    I was going to say those mats would be a great place to have the magma tiles no damage. The pool looks AMAZINGLY FUN!!!
